Lenzing decided to only cooperate with Online Cleaning Technologies, as the most innovative and effective solutions and the best people are available. The cooperation started in 2004 and will prevail. Lenzing uses linear cleaning from Online Cleaning Technologies on a regular maintenance schedule, which resulted in less shutdowns for cleaning purposes.

The shockwave linear cleanings started 13 years ago, due to a major blockage in the multicyclone installation. This resulted in a first successful cleaning by Online Cleaning Technologies. The management decided to immediately replace multiple traditional, manual cleaned installations activities by shockwave cleaning from Online Cleaning Technologies.
The average capacity increased by 10% to over 100t steam and the shutdowns where delayed by 100% to over 8500 working hours! To enable this several adaptions have been made to the design of the installation. Several entrances were added, the operational parameters adapted and each week the installation is observed with high temperature cameras. The results were monitored and cleaning cycles regularly adapted. The wear and tear of the installations has been reduced, which resulted in lower maintenance cost and ultimately a better and higher production.
